Construction Worker Training is a Must for Healthcare Facilities
Reducing Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) remains a priority for providing quality of care, and because COVID-19 patients are educated on proper work practices, there is a need for a different way of delivering critical educational training that more closely aligns with the needs of our healthcare customers.
Now more than ever, hospitals need everyone to work by the same rules.
This is the perfect time to allow technology to solve critical issues.

What Makes Us Different?
No one has more experience with writing and producing working customized programs for hospitals.
We Understand
As both a healthcare infection prevention consultant and a hospital contractor working almost daily in hospitals, we witness the demands on hospital personnel and the need for digitizing the contractor/vendor education process.
Hospitals open 24/7 are loaded with immuno-compromised patients and workers constantly entering to perform tasks must have an always available robust education process to maintain environmental safety.
Add to it, patients are now educated on infections after witnessing COVID-19 precautions.
These patients expect workers to comply with proper protocols. More eyes are on workers and they are quick to voice concerns when someone is not following the rules.
We educate all workers to understand the WHY behind facility protocols and requirements.
Our Experience
We have written and produced Infection Control Awareness, Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRA), and Safety Protocol training for hospitals across the country.
Cost
Infection Prevention Learning Institute offers the most reasonably priced training on the market.
Easy on the hospital and easy on the vendor.
Other Training Courses Available
In addition to the customized programs for hospitals and healthcare systems, Infection Prevention Learning Institute offers other training courses.
Asbestos Awareness Training
If your facility was built prior to 1980 there is a good chance that asbestos containing building materials are present. OSHA requires facilities to provide Asbestos Awareness Training to all maintenance and housekeeping personnel that could come into contact with asbestos during their normal work activities. This is an annual OSHA requirement.
